Shipping Charge
All United States orders enjoy 100% free delivery. XYJZXY charges zero shipping fees, packaging fees, handling fees, or logistics surcharges for any domestic US jewelry order. There is no minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Coverage
We ship jewelry products to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and eligible U.S. territories. International shipping is temporarily unavailable. We do not deliver to PO boxes, military restricted zones, or unauthorized freight forwarding addresses for security reasons of delicate jewelry.
Order Handling Time
Order handling time refers to the processing period from payment confirmation to package dispatch, excluding transit time, weekends, and U.S. federal holidays. Every jewelry piece undergoes strict quality inspection before packaging.
- Standard Handling Time: 2–5 business days. Our staff inspects, polishes, and securely packages necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, and other jewelry items for carrier handover.
- Business Days Definition: Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal public holidays.
Daily Shipping Cut-Off Time
To ensure standardized sorting and timely shipment of delicate jewelry, we implement a daily order cut-off rule:
- Official Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- Orders with confirmed payment before 2:00 PM PST on business days will enter the same-day inspection and packaging queue.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be automatically scheduled for processing on the next business day.
- All orders submitted on weekends or federal holidays will start processing on the following regular business day.
Transit Time
Transit time indicates the shipping duration after jewelry packages leave our warehouse until they arrive at the customer’s designated delivery address.
- Contiguous United States: 3–7 business days via secure standard ground shipping.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–12 business days for contiguous US orders (combined handling time and transit time).
Disclaimer: Temporary transit delays may be caused by extreme weather, carrier system maintenance, customs random inspection, or other force majeure factors beyond our control.
Tax Policy
XYJZXY maintains a zero-tax policy for all domestic orders: We do not charge any taxes for all US orders. No sales tax, consumption tax, or additional government fees will be collected during checkout. All displayed jewelry prices are final transaction prices with zero hidden tax costs.

- Once dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email containing an exclusive tracking number and official carrier link for real-time shipment monitoring.
- All jewelry is equipped with anti-scratch foam, sealed gift boxes, and shockproof outer packaging to prevent abrasion, deformation, or damage during transportation.
- For damaged, lost, or defective jewelry upon delivery, please contact our support team within 48 hours after delivery confirmation for professional after-sales solutions.
